Do you struggle with sitting to pray or meditate?
Does having quiet time seem daunting because you find that your mind is wondering about the task you need to take care of?
Do you find it difficult to know where to start when you are wanting to spend time tapping into your spirituality?
There is something very therapeutic about putting your heart and thoughts on paper. Freewriting allows you to write whatever comes to mind in that moment. Freewriting is an excellent technique to help process things you are dealing with in your life. When you write things on paper you are able to bypass the analytical and often critical part of your brain and truly tap into your emotions. The art of freewriting can be a cleansing and healing experience.
In this Prayer & Meditation Journal you will be able to write out your thoughts, feelings, stressors, struggles, hopes, and dreams while allowing yourself space to connect with your spirit. There is also a space designated for you to express gratitude for who you are and where you are in life even when things feel hopeless.
One thing I love about writing out my prayers and meditations is the opportunity it provides to look back and reflect on progress, growth, and areas of ongoing improvement. This can be a physical reference of where you have come from and a roadmap for where you desire to be.
